TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Here are the terms and conditions for all Brighton & Beyond tours.

When you book with Brighton & Beyond Tours, you, therefore, accept the terms and conditions as stated below.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat on one of our tours. Brighton & Beyond accepts payment by credit card, debit card, or Stripe and Paypal.

Once you have booked you will receive a booking confirmation and you can bring a printout or show on your phone.

Due to unseen circumstances Brighton and Beyond may not be able to run the tour, in this event we will communicate with you and if you are not able to re-schedule we will refund all monies back to you. If you have booked through PayPal or Stripe any refunds can take up to 10 working days.

PICK-UPS AND DROP-OFFS

All pickup and drop off points will be shown on your ticket, we suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before departure to avoid any disappointment.

Where possible we will make extra drop-off points in Brighton.

Brighton and Beyond will not be able to make any refunds for late arrivals.

Brighton and Beyond are under no obligation to wait for late passengers; however, we will make every effort to make sure you join or re-join the tour.

BAGGAGE CARRIAGE

Our mini-coach has enough storage for up to 25 large cases so there will be no problem if you would like to bring any cases with you.

SEATBELTS

Passengers must wear a seatbelt at all times on the tour, this is stated in the law, and refusal to wear a seatbelt will lead to the passenger being refused from the tour, upon any refusal from the driver no refund can be offered.
